Venue Pricing
While we do not charge a rental fee for our restaurant, we do require a minimum spend, referred to here as “food and beverage minimum spend”.This required spending is applied to food and beverage and is not inclusive of our service fee and sales tax. Event time limit is 4 hours and we are unable to remain open later than our normal business hours.
Private Dining
Seating Capacity: 100
Standing Capacity: 120
Enjoy our restaurant entirely reserved for just your guests! Space includes our indoor dining and enclosed (heated in cool months) outdoor terrace.
Pricing
January-April; September - December:
Monday-Thursday: Minimum Food & Beverage Spend is $6,000
May-August:
Monday-Thursday: Minimum Food & Beverage Spend is $7,500
Year Round Pricing
Friday & Saturdays
Minimum Food & Beverage Spend is $10,000 on Fridays & Saturdays regardless of the time of year
Sundays
Minimum Food & Beverage Spend is $6,000 on Sundays regardless of the time of year.
While our restaurant normally opens at 4pm for regular service on Sundays, we allow guests to reserve as early as 11am, with an ending time of 8pm.
Terrace Dining
Seating Capacity: 35
Standing Capacity: 45
Enjoy our terrace which overlooks Downtown Erie and hosts views of the mountains and sunsets. Enclosed, heated, & can be enjoyed year round!

January-April; September- December:
Sunday-Thursday: Minimum Food & Beverage Spend is $2,500
Friday & Saturdays: Minimum Food and Beverage Spend is $4,500
May-August:
Sunday-Thursday: Minimum Food & Beverage Spend is $4,000
Friday & Saturdays: Minimum Food & Beverage Spend is $6,000

Event requests for December 21st-31st, Valentine's Day, Mother’s Day & Father’s Day will require additional spend amounts.
Menus
Your food and beverage minimum spend is applied in full to the menu you choose. Wewill build a menu around your event — hors d'oeuvres, family style, plated dinner, or acombination.
