Line Cook
Kitchen

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Line Cook at Piripi, located in Erie, CO. The Chef will assist in daily kitchen operations, ensuring the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes that align with Piripi's standards. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean and organized workspace, monitoring inventory, and ensuring food safety and hygiene practices. The Link Cook will also collaborate with the team to foster a positive team environment and deliver exceptional culinary experiences to our guests.

Qualifications

Prep Cook:
Kitchen

This is a part-time, Prep Cook position. The Prep Cook will handle essential kitchen tasks, including food preparation, cooking, and assisting in kitchen tasks. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety standards, and supporting the kitchen team in delivering high-quality dishes. Collaboration and communication with team members will be critical to maintaining smooth kitchen operations.

  • Ingredient Prep: Wash, peel, chop, dice, and slice vegetables; cut and portion meats, poultry, and seafood.
  • Station Setup: Prepare workstations with all necessary ingredients and equipment before service.
  • Basic Cooking: Prepare simple dishes, sauces, stocks, and soups, or handle basic cooking tasks like reducing sauces or parboiling.
  • Food Storage: Label, date, and properly store food products in refrigerators or freezers.
  • Sanitation: Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workspace, following health department regulations.
  • Kitchen Support: Unload food deliveries, restock, and assist other kitchen staff

Host
Front of House

The Host role at Piripi is a part-time, on-site position. The Host is the first and last point of contact for guests, warmly greeting arrivals, managing reservations and waitlists, and coordinating seating to optimize both guest experience and table flow. Day-to-day responsibilities include answering phone calls, providing accurate wait-time estimates, guiding guests to their tables, and communicating guest needs and special requests to the serving team. The Host supports overall dining room operations by maintaining an organized host stand, assisting with menu and service information, and helping ensure a clean, inviting entrance and lobby area. The Host also collaborates closely with servers, bartenders, and management to uphold Piripi’s standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills to interact clearly and professionally with guests, teammates, and management.
  • Excellent Customer Service abilities, with a friendly, patient, and guest-focused approach in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience or interest in Training, including openness to learning new systems and processes and helping onboard new team members as needed.
  • Basic knowledge or enthusiasm for Food & Beverage to answer guest questions and support menu recommendations.
  • Comfort with light Sales activities, such as promoting specials, events, or reservations for future visits.
  • Prior host, front-of-house, or hospitality experience preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, move around the dining room safely, and work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented, with a professional appearance and a positive attitude toward guests and colleagues.

Server/Bartender
Front of House

21+ only

This is a full-time, on-site Server/Bartender role. The Server/Bartender is responsible for greeting guests, presenting menus, answering questions about food and beverages, and taking accurate orders. This role prepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, follows recipes, and ensures responsible service in compliance with local laws and company policies. Daily tasks include running food and drinks, checking on guests, handling payments, maintaining a clean and organized bar and dining area, and restocking supplies. The Server/Bartender collaborates closely with the kitchen and service teams, supports opening and closing duties, and helps create a welcoming, energetic environment that reflects Piripi’s love-of-life spirit.

Qualifications

  • Experience in guest-facing roles such as serving and/or bartending, with strong customer service and hospitality skills.
  • Knowledge of basic bar techniques, cocktail preparation, beer and wine service, and responsible alcohol service practices.
  • Ability to handle POS systems, process payments accurately, and manage checks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage guests in a friendly, professional manner.
  • Proven ability to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently during busy service periods.
  • Commitment to cleanliness, food and beverage safety standards, and maintaining an orderly work area.
  • Reliability in attendance, punctuality, and teamwork, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Previous restaurant or bar experience preferred; applicable alcohol server certification and food handler permit (or ability to obtain) are beneficial.

Server Assistant
Front of House

The Server Assistant role at Piripi is a part-time, on-site position. The Server Assistant supports servers by promptly clearing and resetting tables, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring the dining area is clean, stocked, and organized. This role helps monitor guest needs, refills water and non-alcoholic beverages, and assists with running dishes from the kitchen to the dining room. The Server Assistant follows health and safety guidelines, collaborates closely with the front-of-house team, and may assist with basic side work such as polishing glassware, folding napkins, and restocking service stations. This position is essential to maintaining smooth service, quick table turns, and a positive guest experience throughout each shift.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service skills with a guest-focused mindset and a friendly, professional demeanor.
  • Effective Communication skills to coordinate with servers, kitchen staff, and management in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic Food & Beverage knowledge and willingness to learn menu items, ingredients, and service standards.
  • Organization Skills to manage multiple tables, maintain clean and stocked stations, and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to support Training efforts by learning quickly, following established procedures, and assisting new team members as needed.
  • Ability to stand and move for extended periods, lift and carry trays safely, and follow all safety and sanitation protocols.
  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is helpful but not required; a positive attitude and reliability are essential.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by restaurant operations.
