Chef Hugo’s Famous Paella

Chef Hugo prepares and cooks his famous Paella the First Monday of (almost) every month! Paella is a rice dish originally from Valencia. It is one of the best-known dishes in Spanish cuisine. Take a look into the menu as this dish is only served once a month.

Be sure to make a reservation ahead of time as this is a RESERVATION ONLY event.

Each Paella is made from scratch, cooked over an open flame and served in the traditional paella pan. Please allow 20-30 minutes for your paella to be cooked.

All of our Paellas are Minimum Two Person Order. We are unable to make individual paellas, or paella for one. Our smallest paella pan is for two people. We will increase the paella pan size based on quantity of people. We apologize, but we cannot “half order a paella” (example: half seafood, half mixto).
